Who Shot Hollywood would like to bring their hotwired noisy indie-pop to the people live-and-in-person more often, but school keeps getting in the way. See, these guys are in 8th, 9th and 10th grade, but they’ve already been performing, recording and touring when possible for over four years. Their third release, “Cat Ears”, lands on November 7, 2009, following their critically acclaimed 2008 offering “Springtime In Greenland”. They’ve supported and made fans of, among others, Ted Leo, Throwing Muses, The Silver Jews, Tokyo Police Club, The Fray, Mission Of Burma, and most recently, Man Man, who after witnessing a recent electrifying set on WSH’s home turf in Northampton MA, invited the band to open a show at Washington DC’s 9:30 Club.
